The made in USA (Red Wing, Minnesota) boots are not in "top" condition, and are serviceable- there is a cut on the back left boot which does not go all the way through to the other side, and the inner tongues show much cracking, as pictured. Leather is not cracked and a bit hard in parts, and they will need a small bit of TLC. Do not know the exact size of the boots, and they measure 11-1/2 from the end of the heel to the tip. The Fo-Mac Premier two-toned clay / composition wheels with sealed bearings do not roll too freely unless some weight is placed on top, and have a few small "chunks" and wear. Plates are size 8 Sure Grip Olympian, and there are no toe stops / brakes included.
