We ask you to recognise the aggressive nature of the sport and that failure can occur regardless of wether it is through manufacturers defect or through normal use, abuse, misuse or even as a result of a crash. Due to the nature of the sport, these items are not guaranteed and can last minutes, weeks or months.

An unbreakable stick, shaft and blade would not be allowed within the rules of the various sports. Skateboard decks and Trucks are not guaranteed due to the extreme nature of the sport.
